Mandy’s pastry journey started at The French Pastry School in Chicago. Honing her craft in patisseries and restaurants as well as working with Chris Hanmer, the youngest American World Pastry Champion, Mandy returned to the local area to introduce the wonder of macarons – forever to be known as macs. In March her business, Love & Macs, celebrated its five-year birthday. Located within Cloud Walking Coffee, Love & Macs offers their signature macs along with delightfully innovative cakes and confections worthy of any chic Paris patisserie.
